Spring Term

  • This half term our topic is What is s special about the USA?

In Science we are learning about Forces.

  • Spellings

The children learn 15 spellings each week in class.  These spelling are taken home on a Friday to be practised at home, for a test on the following Friday.

Spellings and Maths homework are set weekly. Please ensure your child keeps their homework book in a presentable condition. If your child is struggling to complete their homework they can attend our homework club on a Tuesday dinner time where they will receive support.

We expect the children to be reading to an adult every day for at least 10 minutes. If your child's reading record is signed every day to say this has taken place they will be entered into our reading challenge prize draw.

P.E will take place every Thursday so please make sure P.E kits are in school on this day.

Gymnastics will take place every Friday. P.E kit is also needed for this session.
