This week for P.E I would like you to practise a number of passing techniques and challenges on both feet. You will need a ball and a wall ⚽️

1. 25 first time passes on your right
2. 25 first time passes on your left
3. 25 passes with your right foot but taking a touch first
4. 25 passes with your left but taking a touch first
5. 25 passes from one wall to another turning on the ball.

Key coaching points:
1. Use the side of your foot.
2. Plant you non kicking foot and aim to where you want the ball to go.
3. Be on your toes to anticipate the ball.
4. When receiving the ball to play it against the opposite wall, can you be side on and do it in less than 1 touch.

Let me know how you get on, if you are finding it easy up the amount of reps you are doing.
